Cooking Classes and Wine Tasting Classes

June 9th Basic wine 101
This will be an entry style class on wine making, ordering, styles, etc. Cost is $25 per person.

June 23rd Picnic Food Classics and New Food Adventures
This will be a demonstration on preparing a variety of foods. Wow them on the 4th. Cost is $35 per person.

June 30th American Wine
With the 4th around the corner, let’s study the wine regions of the United States. We’ll talk about how it got started, where it’s been, and where it is going. We’ll taste wines from old favorite regions, as well as up and comers. Cost is $30 per person.

July 21st
It will be hot, so I think our summer time white wines will be in full swing. Let’s focus on Mediterranean white wines. We’ll feature Italy, Spain, Southern France, and probably some surprises too! Learn about other white wines besides Chardonnay. Cost is $30 per person.

August 4th Summer Dinners
This will be hand on class planning and preparing summer dinners. Cost is $35 per person.
