Special Events at CuveeCuvée inaugurated it's Special Event schedule with a dinner in honor of the French Master Chef Michel le Borgne -- who is not only an internationally recognized Chef. The food and wine were exquisitely balanced, and patrons in attendance were enthusiastic about the evening. A few quick notes on the holiday season!
Christmas hours:
We will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.
If you are entertaining family during that time and are looking for open restaurants please call the chamber at 830-997-6523 and they will provide a list for you.
We have been swamped with gift certificate requests and have only a few days to issue them if you would like them mailed.
Please give Steph or I a call at 830-990-1600 in the next few days and we will get them mailed out for you.
We all know how special our little area of the Hill Country is. For you last minute shoppers that are local how about putting together an Uptown Fredericksburg Gift Basket! Here is my plan: A Cuvee Gift Certificate for dinner, a bottle of Christmas wine from Fredericksburg Winery (247 West Main), handmade chocolates from Chocolat (330 West Main), Italian lavender goodies from Villa Texas (Great store if you haven't been in - 234 West Main), and finish up by treating yourself to a slice of pie while ordering your pie for your table at Fredericksburg Pie Company (509 West Main). See how easy that was? 2 blocks and you are done!
New Years Eve is nearly here and we are filling up quickly! I have not offered any killer wine deals this month, so here is a special for the email faithful that I can offer so we may fill up with friends and regulars first. If you take a reservation at the following times 5:30, 6, or 6:30 and mention that you are an email guest and we will give you 10% off of your total food bill that evening.

Dressed with a Cherry & Citrus Wine Vinaigrette

Demitasse of Lobster Bisque served with a Savory Lemon Dill Biscotti
Third Course
Crepe Purses stuffed with a Chicken & Exotic Mushroom Mousse
Served atop a Honey Rum Cream Sauce
Fourth Course
Your Choice of:
Loin of Lamb accompanied by an assortment of
Red Onion, Maple, and Champagne Chutneys
Served with Whipped Truffle Potatoes
Grilled Petit Fillet of Beef topped with a Roasted Shallot Sauce

Oven Roasted Halibut Drizzled with a Chardonnay Cream Sauce
